Sales: This exciting and challenging career involves selling the “RV lifestyle,” not just the RV. Our sales team works with families and businesses to show and describe the benefits of the RV-ing to our visitors. Whether previously experienced in sales or individuals with talent and enthusiasm with little or no experience, if you are willing to learn, then we can train you.

Demo Technician: Our demonstrators perform a complete demonstration of the operations and maintenance schedule of a new purchase. They also check-in new units delivered from our manufacturers.

Service Technician: They are not mechanics, but rather diagnose and repair non-engine aspects of RVs in our Service Department and at campground sites. This position has opportunities to grow by testing and obtaining RVDA/RVIA Certification status. Training and testing for certification are company-paid and increase wage opportunities dramatically.

Prep Technician: Prep technicians work hard to ensure that components of RVs are ready (or “prepped”) for sale on our lot. This position also involves washing and cleaning RVs.

Detailer: Perform the detail work on RVs that clients expect, wash and clean the inside and outside of RVs.

Porter: Our porters assist the Service and Shop managers and our Service Technicians by maintaining service bays in the shop to help Technicians keep focused on repairs. Driving RVs into service bays and running for parts necessary for repair; this is the “go-to” individual in the shop. General grounds and janitorial duties are included.

Service Advisor: This customer service position involves booking appointments in the service department, advising clients of their repair status, recording repair requests on work orders, and seeing the service appointment through to completion.

Parts & Accessories Personnel: Assist visitors with questions and requests, maintain stocking levels, assist the parts manager in daily duties, ship and receive parts.
