"We wanted to write a brief note saying "thanks" for your professional services in getting our RV sold so promptly. It was an excellent experience working with Frank Tomczak. He was very clear and straightforward about the process. We were very pleased with the process, and, of course, that our RV sold so quickly.

We were also impressed with the ease of working with Jerry Hartman in the Service Department. He too, was very professional and easy to work (with). After doing an initial check, he called to let us know those areas that needed attention and what the process was to get those things done. He quickly took care of any maintenance that needed to be completed.

Enclosed are: 1) a check for ###### to cover the remainder of the costs associated with any maintenance and the sale; and 2) the second set of keys for the RV.

Again we thank you -

Jerry & Barbara Waters"

"Lee and Karl;

We are driving back from Alaska in our "View". As we write this message to you we are cruising along at about 70 mph in Grand Prairie, Alberta.

I wanted to send you folks a note to let you know how pleased we are with this little motorhome. We left WI a couple days after we took delivery from your store, drove to Alaska and spent about two months at our home in Anchorage. We started back to WI Nov. 2. The first night out it was well below zero. The heating system in this View is absolutely suburb. While driving, the chassis system with the automatic climate control keeps the temperature perfect and consistent through out the coach. The only cold weather issue is the plumbing bay, which is not heated while driving. We had to drain our system and use rv antifreeze for the toilet, which works fine. I have already in my mind designed a solution to that unheated plumbing bay problem. This motorhome has been absolutely flawless, there is not one single thing wrong with the chassis or coach. I have never bought a new motorhome that didn't have a bunch of "squawks" pop up soon after delivery. They have sure improved the quality control on this product. The chassis is absolutely magnificent, has plenty of power and we have averaged about 16 mp gal, so quiet you can't hear the engine run. This little coach gets more attention than any coach I have ever owned. We have had many many people ask us about it and want to look at it.

As you folks know there was an emergency recall on the generator which happened while on our way to Alaska. The folks from Cummins got in touch with us via our cell phone while traveling thru Canada and I was able to disconnect the generator per their request and continue on to Anchorage. Upon arriving in Anchorage they had parts waiting for us to make the temporary modifications so it could be used. Cummins offered to pay for all of our hotels and meals for the rest of the trip if we found it too inconvenient to continue without our generator. I thought that was very considerate of them. However, we were able to stop at campgrounds with plug ins so we did not incur any significant inconveniences.

Again I want to thank you for the excellent service you provided us in delivering this coach.

And, by the way, when I took the coach in to the Itasca dealership in Anchorage to have it winterized, I was told that I saved $30 in service charges because of the valve extenders you folks installed on my tires. They said they normally have to pull one of the duals off to check the air pressure. By the way, I did not receive a bill on those extenders, which I indicated to you I would pay for. Let me know the charge so I can pay you

Respectfully,

Bob and Linda Felland"

"Thank You Don!

The past 4 years have been a great experience for Ann and I. Wisconsin R.V. World truly does “service” what they sell. Give my appreciation to David Hanson as well!
(He’s the best.)

. . . And thank you Don for selling our RV in only 3 weeks!! GREAT JOB!!

Sincerely,

"Management: After purchasing my first Winnebago Vectra from WI RV World in 1994 and returning in 2005 to trade I had to go elsewhere to purchase my new Vectra. While I hated to go elsewhere, I was told it would take about four months to acquire another unit. I only became a Vectra owner because of Wisconsin RV and just wanted to again state how great it is to deal with your Service Department. Mitch in Service does a superb job of handling customers with professionalism and last week I had the chance to meet one of your service techs and Lee exemplifies a customer oriented well trained mechanic. Consider this my Thank you to management for your selection of these fine examples of professionalism.

"Dear Dan,

We would like to thank you for all the help you gave us with the repairs on the new 2006 Hornet we purchased last May. Although it took the summer to get everything in working condition on the trailer, we were happy with your service and especially, the service that your repairman, Mike, gave us.

. . . Again thank you for your service and we will wait to hear from you.

Sincerely,

Mike Czarnecki"

"Attn: General Manager

Dear Sir,

My wife and I picked up our 2005 Winnebago Adventurer after having some service work done on the leveling system. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your wonderful service. Our repairs turned out to be much more complex than first anticipated and your service agents kept us updated and informed through the entire process.

When we were in your dealership I noticed the Winnebago Dealership Award of Excellence. I can see why you were chosen. Although we did not purchase our coach from you, we were treated with courtesy and respect.

We will certainly refer your service center to our RV friends.

Yours truly,

Timothy Mangan

"Dear Christy,

Just a quick note to compliment you on the fine staff you have at your facility. We purchased our 2002 Trail-Lite motorhome from your business a couple years ago. Since we were passing through Madison on our way from Manitowoc to Prairie du Chen, we stopped and requested some time to install a “fantastic vent fan” in our unit. This was on July 13, 2006.

Service Manager Dan and Tech Dave “a.k.a. Spanky” went out of their way to accommodate us. They managed to complete our request before the start of your normal workday. Dave is a craftsman, talented, patient, and a good image builder of your business. We know that you had a backlog of work. They made us very happy campers. With this hot weather, the fan has made the evenings very pleasant.

While waiting for the work we encountered Mike and Mitch doing prep on some trade-in units and also sales staff Heidi. All treated us like we were most important that day.

Yours Sincerely,

Gene and Lanida Snitily"
